Appointments may be booked through our online scheduling system at ppm.janeapp.com or by calling the clinic.

Booking an appointment does not create a provider-patient relationship until you are seen by a licensed provider at our clinic. Availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, or decline appointments at our discretion.

6.SMS / Text Message Communications
