About Dr. O'Mara

Dr. Patrick O’Mara grew up in upstate New York where chiropractic care was a staple of his rehab and prevention of injuries throughout his athletic career. Being exposed as a young athlete opened the door to exploring how chiropractic care can change the lives of both athletes and non-athletes alike, he became committed to the profession.

Dr. O’Mara completed his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology while playing on the varsity soccer team. He then attended D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY to complete his doctorate education. During this time, he was able to gain experience in multiple clinic settings learning various manipulation and soft tissue techniques to allow the body’s biomechanics to work optimally.

Patrick is committed to the constant improvement of his patients through the use of spinal manipulation, soft tissue release, and rehabilitation. His goal is to provide care that will serve as a stepping stone for increased daily performance on or off the field.

In his time outside the office, Patrick is a USA and NCAA Ice Hockey official, enjoys golfing and being active around Pittsburgh with his wife. He is also a former CrossFit and personal trainer at a local gym during his time in Buffalo.
